The North West Company Dividends
The payment of dividends on the common shares of The North West Company Inc. (the “Company”) is subject to the discretion and approval of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). The Board considers a number of factors, including but not limited to, the financial performance of the Company, its current and anticipated future business needs, and the satisfaction of solvency tests imposed by the Canada Business Corporations Act for the declaration of dividends.
