A Christmas Committee event in Kugluktuk, NU raised $15,000 to help make the holidays happier for the community – and Northern Store manager David Ho was there to do his part.

Ho volunteered his time to help auction off prizes including hand-made crafts donated by other community members. All funds raised were used to purchase Christmas hampers and gifts for the less fortunate community members.

“This is another great example of great community relations by David, and he represents our store in Kugluktuk and his district very well. He is an example for all of us within North West,” says Alonzo Ellis, Director of Sales & Operations, The North West Company".

The North West Company is happy to have employees like David Ho who volunteer their time to help out the community.
