The Missinipi Broadcasing Corporation celebrated its success and strong history in Saskatchewan and beyond with a recognition event and book launch.

The event on September 27, 2019 welcomed  former and current Board of Directors, former Chief Executive Officers, engineers and staff to share the pride and flood of memories that they worked so hard for to be a self-sufficient operation.

“It’s all about the importance of our partners, alliances and giving back to the community to share our stories in our languages. That’s why we built this beautiful organization. It wasn’t always about the paycheque; it was about the purpose”, says CEO Deborah Charles.

The North West Company supported this community by generously donating $5,000 towards making the event possible.
