The Healthy Horizons Foundation was created by North West to help improve the well-being of youth within the communities we serve. If you’re an organization looking for funding, now is your chance to apply for a Healthy Horizons grant. Applications are being accepted up until the November 30th, 2019 deadline.

To be eligible for funding, you must be a registered charity in Canada or otherwise registered as a “qualified donee” as defined the Income Tax Act (Canada). Your organization must also be aligned to the mission and vision of Healthy Horizons, with programs that focus on making a positive and healthy impact to youth in your community.
