The staff who run the Northern Pharmacy 268 Fort Simpson have been working tirelessly to promote health in the Deh Cho, NWT region. Pharmacy Manager Andrii Panshyn and Pharmacy Assistant Anastasiia Panshyn have recently have partnered with Public Health on a number of client engagement events in the Deh Cho/Fort Simpson Northern Store, including efforts to build awareness on nutrition and smoking cessation. Andrii and Anastasiia also recently joined local school children in Fort Simpson for Pink Shirt Day, to support anti-bullying initiatives. 

Northern Pharmacy also set up a display at the Fort Simpson community health fair, discussing services available at the Pharmacy.

“It's a great initiative, and I'm always glad to learn something new,” said M. Deborah, a community member from Fort Simpson.
